A Letter from John and Patti
Patti and I have been fortunate to own the business for more than 35 years. We have seen many changes over the years, with family members joining the business as well as many other great employees. We have always tried to maintain a customer first attitude in our business. We are extremely happy to see our business continue to grow with new ownership as Patti and I move toward semi retirement.
About Us
We, at Scranton Heating and Cooling, have been providing comfort to the residents of West Central Illinois for 35 years. John and Patti Scranton purchased the business in 1985. In 2020, they turned the business over to the 2nd generation, Jeff and Nicki Ussery and Casey Scranton.
We provide our residential customers with high-quality Trane, Mitsubishi, and Geocomfort products to help ensure their comfort. We have been a Trane dealer since 1990.
The Scranton Heating and Cooling team has over 80 years of combined experience. We draw upon this experience and our continuing education to address any comfort concerns that our customers have.
Our customers come from all over West Central Illinois. We service Mt. Sterling, Griggsville, Perry, Quincy, Jacksonville, Meredosia, Beardstown, Rushville, Macomb, Camp Point, and many others.
